Clinical Approach

Working with me feels like having a thoughtful, engaged conversation with someone who is deeply invested in helping you better understand yourself and create meaningful change. You bring the expertise of your own life. I serve as a steady partner in the process, offering perspective, clarity, and practical tools to help you move forward. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and highly capable, yet quietly carrying stress, self-doubt, disconnection, or a persistent sense that something essential feels just out of reach. Together we will explore the patterns, beliefs, and personal narratives that shape how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.Rather than endlessly analyzing the past, I help clients understand how past experiences continue to influence present challenges. From there, we identify practical, actionable ways to create change. I believe meaningful growth occurs when people feel deeply understood while also examining blind spots and taking ownership of choices that may be keeping them stuck. At the heart of my approach is the belief that therapy can help people rewrite the stories they tell themselves, deepen self-awareness, and create lives that feel more connected, intentional and fulfilling.
